This amusing new TV series that features Eric from K-pop super group "Shinhwa", "Once Upon A Time In High School's" Han Ka In and "La Belle" star Oh Ji Ho that revolves around a poorly educated guy who tries to survive in an elite company.

Kang Ho (Eric) is jobless man living off his friends and family. He goes to countless of job interviews, but never gets hired. Lee Mi-ok (Han Ka-in) works in the Human Resources Department of a company. She recently gets dumped by her boyfriend, Park Bong-sam (Oh Ji-ho) and is very depressed to the point she tries to jump off the Han River. Luckily, by coincidence Kang Ho is nearby and attempts to save her.

Back at the Human Resource Department, Kang Ho's files gets mixed up with the job finalist examination, so he gets called in to take the exam instead. Out of pure luck, Kang Ho gets the job thus starts Kang Ho's new life as a new employee or a rookie....
