Court Prosecutor Tong Chi-Ko (Steven Ma) is made to leave his post after being framed. Thereafter he joins a leading fashion retailer as its Legal Consultant, where he meets and becomes a close friend of Tung Yat-Tsun (Ron Ng Cheuk Hai), nephew of the Chief Executive Director Tung Chin-Lung (Yueh Hua). Ko bumps into his first girlfriend Tsu Wing (Bernice Jan Liu) but is shocked to learn about her secret relationship with Lung. Having found out Tsun's true identity, Lung's wife Kam Chi (Michelle Yim) is resolved to wipe him out.

At the same time, Ko comes to suspect that the fashion enterprise he is working for is not only involved in illegal gambling but also international arms trafficking. But this is not the whole story and the truth is even more complicated than you might think... So who is the big boss behind the scenes?
