North Korean youth Ri Myung Hoon (T.O.P) and his younger sister Hye In (Kim Yoo Jung) have been consigned to labor camp since their father (Park Sung Woong) was killed in the South and branded a traitor. To clear the black mark on his family, Myung Hoon accepts an offer from army officer Moon (Jo Sung Ha) to become a spy. After a long journey, he arrives in South Korea as a defector and takes on the cover of a high school student. Myung Hoon adapts to life in South Korea while carrying out Moon's secret orders. A major shift in the Pyongyang power struggle, however, leads to bloody fallouts in the South among agents from rival factions. Covers are blown and live and loyalties upturned as Myung Hoon fights to complete his mission and save his sister.
